INGREDIENTS:

  1. Maida flour - 2 cup
  2. Ghee - 125 grams
  3. Sugar - 150 grams
  4. Oil - 1 1/2 cup
  5. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Dissolve sugar in 1/2 cup of water.
  2. In a bowl add the Maida flour, melted butter, dissolved sugar water, salt and make a dough.
  3. Make big lemon size balls out of dough and keep it aside.
  4. Flatter the balls to think sheet. Now cut them into small rectangular pieces.
  5. Heat oil to 350 degree Fahrenheit and deep fry the pieces until they turn golden brown and serve.
