INGREDIENTS:

  1. Adhirasam batter - 1 cup
  2. Milk - as needed
  3. Roasted coconut pieces in ghee - 1/2 cup
  4. Cooking soda - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Oil - as needed.

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add adhirasam batter, coconut pieces, cooking soda, milk as needed and make dosai batter.
  2. Heat the kuzhi paniyaram pan with oil in the kuzhi. Pour the batter into the kuzhi.
  3. When cooked (turn golden brown) flip over and cook the other side to golden brown and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Cook them in batches and serve.
