INGREDIENTS:

  1. Semiya (vermicelli) - 1 cup
  2. Sugar - 1 1/2 cup Or to your sweet preference
  3. Milk - 1 cup
  4. Crushed cardamom - 4
  5. Roasted cashew in ghee - 10
  6. Raisin - 5
  7. Saffron - little
  8. Ghee - a needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Soaked saffron in little milk.
  2. Roast the semiya in ghee and keep it aside.
  3. In a pan bring milk to boil. Now add the roasted semiya and mix well.
  4. Now add cardamom, cashew, raisins, saffron and cook until the semiya until become soft and tender.
  5. Now add 1 cup of sugar, mix well until the sugar dissolves. Taste for sugar preference if needed add more sugar.
  6. Remove from stove then serve cold or hot.
