INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cooked Rice - 1/2 cup
  2. Milk - 4 cup
  3. Raisin - 5
  4. Roasted cashew in ghee - 15
  5. Sugar - 3/4 cup or to your sweet preference
  6. Crushed cardamom - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Chopped almond - 1/4 cup

PREPARATION:

  1. In a pan add cooked rice, milk. Simmer, stir and cook this for 20 minutes or until they become thick like a cream. NOTE: crush the rice time to time so become mushy. Stir so that the keer does not stick to pan.
  2. Remove this from stove, add raisins, cashew, cardamom, almond mix well.
  3. Serve this cold or hot.
