Pumpkin seed payasam recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Raw pumpkin seed - 1 Cup
  2. Sugar - 1 ½ Cup
  3. Milk - ½ liter

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak pumpkin seed for 30 minutes. Now wash well, drain water and keep it aside.
  2. Grind the soaked pumpkin seeds, by adding ½ of Milk into a fine paste.
  3. In a pan add the ground pumpkin seed paste, rest of the milk, sugar and mix well.
  4. Simmer and cook in low heat the payasam until it boils and foams up. Remove from heat and serve.
