Milk maravalli kilangu (tapioca) recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Maravalli Kilangu (Tapioca) - 500 grams
  2. Sugar - 250 grams
  3. Coconut milk - 2 cup
  4. Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove the skin and he vein from the Maravalli Kilangu and cut time into small pieces.
  2. Add 2 cup of water to Maravalli Kilangu and cook them. Mash the cooked Maravalli Kilangu.
  3. Simmer and cook the Maravalli Kilangu.
  4. Now add the sugar. Mix well and cook for minute.
  5. Now add the coconut milk and bring to boil. Add Cardamom powder.
  6. Remove from heat and serve.
