INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat rava - 250 grams
  2. Nestle Milk maid Or Sweetened condensed milk - 1 Tin
  3. Cashew - 50 grams
  4. Almond - 15
  5. Ghee - 5 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Cardamom - 3
  7. Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
  8. Sugar - 150 grams
  9. Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak wheat rava in 3 cups of water for 3 hours.
  2. Grind cashew into a thick paste.
  3. Soak the almonds and slice them to think pieces.
  4. Transfer the soaking wheat rava to a pressure cooker and cook for 5 to 6 whistle. Once the pressure is gone.
  5. Place the pressure cooker back in stove (heat).
  6. Now add sugar and dissolve it. Once the sugar is dissolved.
  7. Now add the ground cashew paste and mix well.
  8. Now add milk maid (condense milk), cardamom and continue cooking until it foams and thicken to your preference.
  9. In a separate pan roast cardamom, cinnamon stick in ghee and add to the cooking Firni. Mix well and serve.
