Cashew almond pudding recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 3
  2. Cashew - 12
  3. Almond - 12
  4. Sugar - 3/4 cup
  5. Milk - 1/2 liter
  6. Poppy seed - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Vanilla essence - 4 drops.

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil milk and reduce it to 200 Millie liter.
  2. Soak cashew, almond in water for 1 hour. Drain the water and keep it aside.
  3. In a blender grind soaked cashew, almond, poppy seeds and grind into a fine paste by adding little water as possible.
  4. In a bowl break the egg and beat them well. Now add the sugar and beat until it becomes a white foam.
  5. Now add the milk, ground paste and beat well for 10 minutes until it foams well.
  6. Now add the vanilla essence and mix well.
  7. Melt ghee in pressure cooker, now add the pudding and cook until 1 whistle.
  8. Release the pressure. Now make pudding in different shapes and serve with almond.
