Roasted gram laddu recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Roasted gram - 3/4 cup
  2. Seedless Dates - 1/4 cup
  3. Ghee or Milk - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Dry roast the gram to remove any moisture in low heat.
  2. In a mixer or blender add dates and run the blender couple of times. Now add roasted gram to the dates in the blender and grind to fine powder.
  3.   Add Melted ghee or warm milk little by little to the roasted gram flour until you are able to make balls with the mixture.
  4. Make equal size balls and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Laddu made with ghee can be stored and ate up to 4 days.
  2. Laddu made with milk has to eaten the same day its made.
