INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped Dates - 1/2 cup
  2. Chopped Dry prunes - 1/4 cup
  3. Chopped Dry apricot - 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped Tutti frutti - 1/4 cup
  5. Mixed nuts (optional) - 3/4 cup

PREPARATION:

  1. Roast the nuts in microwave for about 30 seconds or until they are roasted make sure you don't burn the nuts.
  2. In blender (mixer) run the roasted nuts once. Keep it aside. Now run the dates once and keep it aside.
  3. In a non-stick pan add the ground dates, dry fruits and mix well.
  4. Now add the ground nuts and cook until they all come together.
  5. Now coat your hands with coconut oil and make laddu and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Mixed nut can be cashew, walnut, pistachio, peanut, almond...
