INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ragi flour - 1 cup
  2. Roasted peanut - 1/2 cup
  3. Shredded Jaggery - 100 grams
  4. Ghee - as needed
  5. Salt - a needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind the roasted peanut to coarse in a mixer and keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl add ragi flour, water as needed and make dough like you do for chapatti.
  3. Now make chapatti or roti out of the dough.
  4. In a mixer grind the cooked chapatti to coarse.
  5. In a bowl add jaggery, roasted peanut, ragi roti and mix well.
  6. Now add ghee as needed and make laddu then serve.
