INGREDIENTS:

  1. Black gram - 2 cup
  2. Sugar - 1 1/2 or 2 cup
  3. Cardamom - 2
  4. Ghee - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Dry roast the black gram to golden brown. Cool down to room temperature and grind to a fine powder.
  2. Grind the sugar, cardamom into a fine powder.
  3. In a bowl add black gram powder, sugar powder and mix will.  NOTE: black gram powder to powdered sugar should be of 1:1 ratio.
  4. Melt the ghee and add little by little until you are able to make balls with the mixture.
  5. Make equal size balls and serve.
