INGREDIENTS:

  1. Rice flour - 2 cup
  2. Finely chopped onion - 2
  3. Fresh shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
  4. Finely chopped green chili - 3
  5. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. In a lukewarm water add salt. Add onion, coconut, green chili to rice flour and mix well.
  2. Now sprinkle water time to time and make a dough. Keep it aside for 15 min.
  3. Make medium size balls and steam them. If you insert a toothpick and pull out it should come clean that means kozhakattai is done.
