INGREDIENTS:

  1. Rice flour - 1 cup
  2. Powered jaggery - 1 1/4 cup
  3. Coconut Milk - 1/2 to 1 cup
  4. Crushed cardamom - 4
  5. Cashew - 10
  6. Boiled Milk - 1 cup

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat a cup of water and add rice flour gently little by little and make a thick sticky cooked dough.  NOTE: make sure rice does not form clots
  2. Now make small balls out the dough (like a small gooseberry size)
  3. Boil coconut milk now add the rice balls.
  4. Lower heat and cook for 5 minutes until the balls soak in coconut milk. Now add the jaggery, milk and bring to boil and serve.
