INGREDIENTS:

  1. Whole buffalo milk or Whole Milk - 1 liter
  2. Sugar - 1 cup
  3. Cardamom - 4

PREPARATION:

  1. Bring the milk to boil. Simmer and cook until it reduce to 1/5 or a thick curd. NOTE: boiling milk will spill and will get brunt so keep and eye and stir time to time.
  2. Once the milk reach the curd consistency add the sugar, crushed cardamom and cook until all the water is gone and serve.
