Pineapple jelly pudding recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Pineapple - 1 medium size
  2. Condensed milk - 1 tin or 400 grams
  3. Gelatin - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Fruit Jelly - 2 packet (mixed flavor)
  5. Sugar - 3/4 cup
  6. Pineapple essence - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Clean the pineapple. Remove the skin and remove the middle hard stalk. Chopped the pineapple into small pieces.
  2. Dissolve the fruit jellies by adding water as needed and keep in the refrigerator to become soft solid (like jelly). Once they become soft solid (like jelly). Chop into small pieces and keep it aside in the refrigerator.
  3. In a bowl add 1/4 cup of water, gelatin and dissolve using double boiler method. Once dissolved cool down and keep it aside.
  4. In a bowl add sugar, 1/2 cup of water and heat it. Once the sugar is dissolve add the pine apple and bring to a boil (should not cook the pineapple). Cool this down. In a bowl add condensed milk, filter the liquid from the pineapple then add pineapple to the condensed milk and keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes remove the pineapple and add chopped jelly, pineapple essence, dissolved gelatin and mix well. Keep this in refrigerator until this become a soft solid (like jelly) and serve.
