Yellow pumpkin halva recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Small Yellow pumpkin - 1 (coconut size)
  2. Condense milk - 1 tin
  3. Milk - 1 cup
  4. Ghee - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Cashew - 10
  6. Raisin - 20
  7. Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Clove Powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Skin and deseed the pumpkin. Now shred the meat (pulp).
  2. Melt 3 tablespoon (tbsp.) of ghee. Add the yellow pumpkin and cook until oil separates.
  3. Now add condensed milk, cardamom powder, Clove powder  and cook until ghee separates. Add milk as if needed.
  4. In a separate pan; melt the rest of the ghee, add raisin, cashew and sauté until raisin plumps.
  5. Now add roasted raisins, cashews to the cooked yellow pumpkin halva and serve.

NOTES:

  1. No need to add sugar since condense milk is sweet by itself.
