INGREDIENTS:

  1. Dates - 10
  2. Banana - 5
  3. Jaggery - 1/2 cup
  4. Rock candy - 1/4 cup
  5. Raisin - 10
  6. Camphor - a small piece
  7. Honey - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  8. Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl mash the banana after removing the skin.
  2. Powder the jaggery and add to mashed banana and mix well until the jaggery is dissolved.
  3. Chop the dates and add to the banana mash and mix well.
  4. Now add camphor, raisins and mix well.
  5. Now add honey, rock candy, cardamom powder and mix well.
  6. Refrigerate this for an hour and then serve.
