Apple milk halwa recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Apple - 5
  2. Condensed milk - 1 tin.
  3. Ghee - 100 grams
  4. Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Clove powder – 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Raisin - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Cashew - 10

PREPARATION:

  1. Skin the apple and cut into pieces.
  2. In a pan melt 50 grams of ghee, add apple and sauté until apple is cooked half way through.
  3. Now add condensed milk, cardamom powder, Clove powder  and cook until ghee separates.
  4. In a separate pan; melt the rest of the ghee, add raisin, cashew and sauté until raisin plumps.
  5. Now add roasted raisins, cashews to the cooked apple halva and serve.

NOTES:

  1. No need to add sugar since condense milk is sweet by itself.
