Seaweed chocolate recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Seaweed - 1 packet
  2. Chocolate bar (Dairy milk silk) - 1
  3. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  4. Milk - 1/2 cup
  5. Shredded Almond - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat and melt chocolate bar + 1 teaspoon (tsp.).
  2. In a separate pan heat 1 big tumbler of water. Add seaweed and cook until they dissolve completely.
  3. Once the seaweed is dissolved completely. Add sugar and cook until all the sugar is dissolved and boil for couple of minutes.
  4. Now add the melted chocolate and cook until it starts to boil.
  5. Now add the milk and let it boil. Once the mixture become start to become thick. Transfer this to a flat plate (non-stick) and sprinkle the almond.
  6. Keep this in fridge until they set well. Once they are set well cut to desired size and serve.
