Milk toffee recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Condensed milk - 1 small tin
  2. Sugar - 200 grams
  3. Water - 1/4 of the milk tin
  4. Unsalted butter - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Butter a flat cooking tray and keep it aside.
  2. In a non-stick pan add all the ingredients and bring to boil.
  3. Now reduce heat to medium. Stir and keep cooking until it gets thicker and thicker until it does not stick to the pan. NOTE: color will change
  4. Now remove from heat (stove), spread this on the butter coated cooking tray. Spread and flatten using a spatula. Now make shapes by cutting it and let it cool.
  5. Break them into pieces and serve.
