Dates chocolate recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Dates - 1/2 kilogram (no seeds)
  2. Milk - 1/2 liter
  3. Sugar - 1/4 kilogram
  4. Ghee - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Broken cashew - 100 grams

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak dates in the milk for an hour and grind them into a paste.
  2. Add 1 cup of water to the sugar and boil until it reaches the single string consistency. (check the image below)
  3. Now add the dates paste, cashew and stir well.
  4. Now add ghee time to time until the chocolate does not stick to pan.
  5. Transfer to a pan. Roll them and cut into pieces or make shapes you like.

NOTES:

  1. Check for single string consistency single sting
